Industrial Lubricant Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a Industrial Lubricant Sales Specialist to join our team immediately.

Job Description:

The Industrial Lubricant Sales Specialist is accountable for growing sales of Metalworking Fluids and Industrial Lubricants, primarily to Tier I and Tier II suppliers, primarily through distribution, and on a direct basis as needed.

Industrial Lubricant Sales Specialist is responsible for developing new sales of Metalworking Fluids and Industrial Lubricants. Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying new leads, customer presentations and negotiations as well as on-going customer support. Sales Specialist will also have input into the overall marketing and growth strategy of industrial products.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•     Identify and sell Metalworking Fluids and Industrial Lubricants to new customers.
•     Follow-up with customer for product presentations and pricing negotiations.
•     Direct on-going customer support.
•     Gain penetration in assigned markets through the development and
       implementation of proactive sales strategies.
•     Work with distributors in the Eastern United States in providing
       product training, product support, sales support and any support
       required to help them grow the business.
•     Continuously manage new customer leads.
•     On-going communication with management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•     A minimum or a Four Year College Degree.
•     Minimum of 2-4 years of sales and territory management experience.
•     Proven successful track record in sales.
•     Experience in industrial lubricants market is preferred.
•     Entrepreneurial leader, who is willing to work cross-functionally within
       a small organization to develop a new market.
•     Hard-working self-starter with the desire to earn more income.
•     Exceptional closing skills a must.
•     Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
•     Excellent communication, follow up and presentation skills.
•     Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
•     Willingness and ability to travel overnight 25-50% of the time to fulfill the
       the responsibilities of this position. (no weekends & Monday is an office day)
•     Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•     Ability to learn quickly, generate new ideas, and willingness to
       independently try new tools and ideas.
•     Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
