Shipping

We ship via UPS. The cost is calculated automatically by UPS and is based on package weight according to the shipping zone for national and international shipping. We will pack your items into the fewest shipments possible and ship out in one or two business days.

General Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days in an unopened condition only.

You can call or email us to cancel or change your order if we have not shipped your products yet.

Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable. In this instance, we will issue a full refund of the products purchased, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless it is our error. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.

We reserve the right, at our own discretion, for not fulfilling an order for any reason and refund the payment accordingly.

Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders placed on ChrysanStore.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. Based on the country you reside, the charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors can happen. If there is a pricing glitch, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and refund.

Out of Stock Items

Despite our best efforts in stock management, we may run out of stock for certain products due to high demand. In this case, we will email you to check whether you would like us to ship out your items first or wait for the complete order before shipment.
